Over the last several weeks, kindergartners have watched chicks incubate in their eggs, hatch, and grow. They have learned how to care for the chicks and how to handle them gently during the different stages of their development. Now, with a mix of excitement and sadness, it's time to say good-bye to their fluffy friends as they are on to bigger and better days on the farm.
